Service Rates

A free telephone consultation to confirm your project details and needs, a rough estimate will be provided. Once we know what you need and when you need the project completed, we will make sure the job is done correctly, on time and on budget.
 
 Before work is started our staff will review the scope of the work with you. There will be no surprises, and no work will begin until you sign off and are satisfied with every aspect of the project.

If we gave you an estimate, then we have agreed on that estimate and that is what you will be required to pay.
Any additional services agreed will be handled as a separate estimate and required payment separate from the original estimate.
Services are due once the work has been completed.
